Are mCaffeine products natural and safe for skin?

Yes, all our products are 100% Vegan, Cruelty-free, and PETA certified. They are free from SLS, Parabens, and Silicones, making them safe for all skin types.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 5-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items. Please ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. You can also choose from various prepaid options like UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipment. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
